No traffic getting through just loads of upper middle class soap dodgers sitting on the roads having picnics.

60” plasma tv
A car under 3 years old
Botox jabs every 3 months
A manicure every week
At least 3 tattoos
Then you are classified as poor.
On that basis I am poor and will be heading to a food bank after watching homes under the hammer.

For nearly 30 years I’ve worked with London’s poorest families in the poorest postcodes alone with volunteering with the homeless for all that time. I’ve seen them all getbwealthier and wealthier but yeah, I’ll believe your statistic that says that we have the 12th most amount of poor people in the world.
If you believe that, you need to get off Facebook for a while and visit that real world you think you know so well.

Sections of society have become so self entitled that they think the things i listed are absolute essentials not luxeries.When i first got with my Aussie Mrs she used to be fascinated by the car crash shows put out by channel 4/5 and in almost every case of called poverty the protagonists all had a big fuck off tele and a smart phone.

67 is using a relative measure to say that people are living hand to mouth. Even if what he was saying about relative poverty wasnt abject bollovks, and it is, that doesnt mean that those people are struggling, and they're not.
